Parag is driven by &v-highlight;Passion, innovation and adventure,&:v-highlight; always wanting to reach new heights/unchartered areas. This is evident from his background – every single project, solution, task is handled with an attempt to do something original.
Parag is a &v-highlight;B. Tech. from IIT-Bombay,&:v-highlight; having over 30 years. experience in software product building using innovation and finding &v-highlight;unique solutions to difficult problems.&:v-highlight;
Founded Mechsoft with his vision of creating Digital intelligence close to human intellect. He has written &v-highlight;own text search engine,&:v-highlight; database with indexing system around 1995-96 when ready search engines were not available. As a CEO, he designed various unique product concepts, like &v-highlight;Rule Engine, Emotion management in Education&:v-highlight; and with time.
He is known for solving complex puzzles, creating algorithms, &v-highlight;playing blindfolded chess - 3 games simultaneously!&:v-highlight;
He is passionate about &v-highlight;social causes&:v-highlight; and is invested in innovative solutions for the betterment of society.
He has been &v-highlight;teaching Yoga and Meditation -&:v-highlight; along with Logical Spirituality. His new initiative Solace2self.com is to try and take this simple knowledge to masses – through online video conferencing to start with, and soon through &link-/custom-ai-development;Artificial Intelligence&:link-/custom-ai-development;, so more and more people can benefit from it. (Completely Non-commercial Non-religious activity)
He believes in &v-highlight;innovations to cause major disruptions,&:v-highlight; as the main source of the growth of Mechsoft, and wants to focus on this area now. He is working on couple of such new ideas, that can have &v-highlight;large scale impact on some major industries&:v-highlight; and is charged up to make this a success.
He uses a simple principle for the team in Mechsoft: &v-highlight; "The more you think this is your company, the more it becomes yours"&:v-highlight; and creating a fresh batch of co-owners in the organization.
